Left hand side by the bank. July 4th 12 Noon. -Or try a Bardie Grub -Carp - same as above but add the cork to make it float same place same time.
Alabama	Bankhead		22 March 10.00 / conditions overcast / single D/B Minnow Floating. Cast at the dam then retrieve line to just where the white area ends. Feed with cat magnet and lose feed casters. You may have to wait a while but the bites will come. Try ledgering fish, and insects. Flies are also productive on the correct species. They are located at all depths.
Amazon	Jungle Bend		March 13th time-10:00 Bait - Double maggot or lambari db (most small species). Db lambari full size on a 10er barbed hook (or try a 16er barbed) - cast close to the shorlines left and right with a paternoster rig or fixed ledger - nightfishing will work best.

	(note)	Arapaima Species Info from the net.	Typical location: Drifting near the surface in calm water. Resting on sandy bottom with submerged plants. Fishing methods: Casting minnow lures. Live or dead prawns, mullet, herring, telapia, catfish or fish fillet. Fighting characteristics: Extremely powerful fighter with a fast strike followed by a endless hard pull. Despite its size, a very athletic fish, which can jump clear of the water.

Angle Pointb V2	The Mark	Cod Pollack Ling Conger Cuckoo Ray Undulate Ray	There is no change to this peg from the original Depths of about 35 ft and anchored over a wreck The secret here is to fish tight to the boat - the Stiffer boat rods are best Paternoster rigs are the best to use and line of at least 20 lb BS Good fishing all year - Cod and Pollack in Winter and Ling - Conger - Cuckoo Ray - Undulate Ray at other times of the year. All the sea baits will catch at some time - but seasons and climate are a major factor. This peg holds some giant specimens . Record Pollock was caught on Scollops
	Ocean buoy	Common Skate Halibut Thornback Ray	July 10th / time-05:00 / temp to look for-7.71 / bait-1/2 size scallops or sand eel for bonus fish By far the hardest peg on the venue A known feeding ground for very large Rays In particular Common Skate and Halibut, both to over 200 lb This is not an easy peg to fish and patience is required but the rewards are good - be prepared to wait a while. Thornback Ray can be a nuisance In the winter months you will find fish on the upper shelf in the warmer water The ocean floor is in two teirs - at 35ft and over 50ft The big Rays inhabit only the deepest areas Water temperature will define your catch 6.12 deg in July. Halibut.... July 21th 16:00 Sea Rods / 50lb line / Paternoster rigs / 4's hooks / Sandeel It is very critical that water temps and conditions are correct to stand any chance with this fish, and your tackle must be up to it - I recommend 50lb line at least. Select the above date and tackle / bait and cast to the centre of the screen. You must find a temperature of 6.12 degrees - this is the ideal condition. Put your rods in their rests and sit back and wait ! (Throw some loose feed in to help) There is no saying what size the fish will be but 20 to 30lb are the infants. Once you have a bite warninig - watch the line for movement - then strike ! Do not set any drag on your reel - keep it tight - this is where your line strength is important. If you are unsuccessful try a tide either side of this setting.
	Raga Bay	Common Skate Thornback Ray Blonde Ray Monkfish John Dory	Raga is the latin family name for the Ray family so you now know what to expect here A very good peg and not as hard as the above This is your easiest chance of a Common Skate Again the peg has two depths - the deeper water being a long cast Thornback Ray are her in hoards and you will have to battle through these to get to the other species. Good winter fishing can be had with the correct tactics You just never know what you will catch here Avoid at all cost fishing with light tackle
	The Ledge	Halibut Common skate	Your best chance of a Halibut - however the Halibut arrive at a different time of year as to Ocean Buoy These fish are very sensitive to temperature and only feed when conditions are perfect - to catch one is an achievement, but they are not impossible. The peg also plays host to Common skate to maximum size As the name suggests there is a ledge in front of you Fishing both depths at different times will produce good results
Angle Pointb V3 !	Most pegs		May 30th 11.00am seem to work on 40lb sea dracon straight through size 10 hook one full size Gar as bait. Rod and reel of choice i personally use the 10ft spinning rod. May 15th 14:20 / Squid / Scallop / Sandeel / Garfish Sept 29 1000hrs or just before high tide. Scallops and sandeels ledgering both. Rod one out about 30-40 ft. Rod two 80-100 ft. 1000hrs and wait. Cast one short and one long then you can get a feel of what's going on.
	The Mark		July 10 06:00hrs scallops and garfish 100ft and over. May to Sept. Incoming tide. Best just around High point. Cast to the right about 50yds for good Ray. Cast left for all sorts. Long casts not needed but do catch. Black Lug is excellent. Also Scollops, Squid, Garfish, Sandeel. Loosfeeding pays off ! Strong tackle, but not overkill. Around 30-50 lb ok with good reel like the Abu. Set drag to full!
Arisaig	?		Warm day when high tide is around mid-day. 10lb through line to size 10 hook. Bait Garfish or Octopus although most baits seem to catch. Cast to open water away from rock about 130-180 feet out. You may have to wait 10 minutes or so for a bite but they should come with some regularity.
	peg 2		Right at the end of the big rock, where the sea is a bit lighter in colour.
Athlone Showground	Peg 3		June 3rd 1500 - 1700 hrs, freeline maggies / corn to far side.
Australian Barrier Reef	top 3 pegs...		Try freelining scollup. Use 15lb line and put a shot on the line to get it down. Fish may take some time when tide is coming in.
	Hervey Bay or all 4 pegs		Aug. 10 10:00 Rod 1- Float 1/3 to 1/2 deep- Full Sandeel- 23 to 30 ft. out Rod 2- Ledger- 20 to 30 ft out- Full Scallops
