Nick T's Venue		Big Head Carp	Chick Peas, 12-Aug 1200 start. Aug 3rd pretty much anytime of day but i start fishing at 12 midday using freeline buttermilk boilie full size. 12 hook. 20-25lb line straight through. Cast where the reeds jut out about 3-5 foot from the reeds.
Norman's Fishery	Robins Rest		Try August, mid day, 18 hook, 18 inches depth and 3 maggots. Cast between "white and pink ". Also free line cat bites to right hand side. Cockles also work very well on this venue
	Island Swim	Carp	Aug.1st. at 15.00hrs. Slightly overcast to the Island , and then reel in until the bait drops into the water. 12ft sea/pier rods. Giant Carp reel. 30lb.mono main, 25lb.mono hook line. 14 barbed hook, the ledger is Free line. bait is floating B/Crust. July 20th 13:00 13ft Ledger rod / 30lb line straight through / 14's Hook 14ft Float rod / 30lb line straight through / Tiny yellow float Sweetcorn - Triple Protein Scopex Boilie Set float at 1ft only and cast slightly to left and outwards Sweetcorn on hook - loose feed sweetcorn sparingly Or use ledger rod freeline with Scopex boilie - cast to right
North America 1	Misc	Catfish Sturgeon Carp	Its Not that difficult to hook a Catfish there. 19.00 pm and use a DB. Flies work well here too, as in real life. The currents are set up to hold flies in the current. August 01st 1900. / Freeline 3 Sweetcorn / Heavy line 80lb / Size 14 Hooks. Cast both poles as close to the point on your right as you can get. Cast lines to hit the point, and reel back off the point. It seems to make a difference (noise factor). Loose-feed corn every now and then.
	Monster Cat Cove		Aug 15 around 22:00, freeline db roach about half way out pretty much straight ahead. Since there are three catfish species in there at 125lb. I would use a heavy set up.
	Predater Pool	Tigers Largemouth Bass Chain Pickerel Muskie Tiger Muskie	Aug 15 around 0900, freeline db roach into weedbeds on the right side about half way in for Tigers. Ledger same time, and date Bardi Grub in the open water between the pads for Largemouth Bass, and Chain Pickerel. Far upper left side lillypads same as for tigers, but Muskie and Tiger Muskie can be had here.
Northsea	Shark lake		Try ledgering, bait is sandeel or garfish. May 1st at low tide. Beware though bites are few and far between.
Nottingham Canal	Peg 7	Roach Bream Carp	Sep 2nd 16:00 14ft Float rod / 3lb line / 16's hook / Tiny float Garlic Sausage - Mealworm Set depth to 4ft - Cast straight across and fish tight under far bank Loose feed occasionally Garlic Sausage will catch Roach and the odd Carp and Bream with a reasonable weight - bites quite regular
